Spalted V-Front Wall Cabinet

A reprise of a piece done in Sweden. In making the earlier cabinet he saved a cherished door by filling an interior crack then painting the entire inside. At that time the cabinet represented the only time he used paint. (A Cabinetmaker’s Notebook, pg. 96.) Jim made this cabinet for the show “Krenov and Friends” hosted by Pritam and Eames. 8-1/2″w x 5-1/4″d x 32-3/4″h. 1991.
